feel the burn

I was pretty mad and low in that last post.. which is due to a few things. But i am pretty good now, my happy ol self for the most part =)

Umm, yesterday i had my second fitness test for the year, Grade 12 P.E is silly.. but since i have great connections, i dont have to go to a gym to get them taken, which makes me happy :P A friend of family, Neighbor.. is a personal trainer/ yoga instucter/ power trainer.. and few other things. So she tests me. So it went good yesterday, got excellent in the major of the sections, i was sooo tired :P Then when i was leaving she was saying how she was just about to do some Yoga and how much she loves it. Sooo she asked me if i wanted to try it, since my flexibility is the one main thing i need to work on to improve. Thus i said yes, i thought a new experiance would be cool. Sooo i have done yoga now. AND WOW.. do i EVER have a ton a respect for those Yoga people.. seriously.. one the hardest things i have ever done.. i couldnt feel my legs for parts of it,, my abs burned.. like actually burned sooo much, oh wows. And near the end while i was lying on my back streching out my leg during the last set, it was freaking out,, like shaking :P i was like oh whoa. The amount of heat i could feel throughtout the whole life was crazyyy, i didnt sweat much.. but wow.. I used to Laugh at the men walking into Yoga.. (since there is Yoga in the hall after the last class of karate..) so yes. It was a crazy experiance.. and you should actually try it. Maybe i am just a weakling, prove me wrong :P

So i am out of here for 2 days, i am so stoked, Retreat time.. and theres about 30 going, which is double that were there in Dec.. so yes.. yay!
